PROGNOSTIC VALUE OF METABOLIC PARAMETERS OF BASELINE PET/CT IN PATIENTS WITH DOUBLE EXPRESSION TYPES OF DIFFUSE LARGE B‐CELL LYMPHOMA

Purpose To explore the value of baseline PET/CT parameters for predicting prognosis in patients with double expression lymphoma (DEL). Methods We retrospectively analyzed clinical and [18F]FDG imaging data 118 diagnosed DLBCL by pathological examination at two hospitals: 58 cases Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital 60 First Affiliated Medical University, from October 2015 to September 2022. used receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve analysis determine optimal threshold maximum standardized uptake (SUVmax), total metabolic tumor volume (TMTV), lesion glycolysis (TLG) overall survival (OS) rate. Kaplan-Meier analysis, univariate multivariate analyses were performed predict OS rate, construct a prediction model, plot calibration time-dependent area under ROC (tdAUC), decision (DCA) curve, calculate C-index model. Results: As last follow-up, 25 had died, rate was 78.8%. The (AUC) TMTV 0.705, corresponding cutoff values 230.9 cm3. In Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group performance status (ECOG PS) (HR = 3.989, p 0.002) 4.042, < 0.008) identified as independent predictors OS. A combined model ECOG PS found be superior IPI Conclusion: TMTV, index, PS, risk factor, are DEL, their combination can provide more accurate prognostic predictions.
